The December supermoon called appropriately the Cold Moon rises over Stanley Harbour, Falklands bathing the southern element of the Antarctic Monument in gold and silver light. Simon Lancaster, Head of Supply Chain at British Antarctic Survey was out with a camera at 22:00 to capture this wonderful image on 4th of December 2025.
